Clear expectations for a smooth, stress-free experience.

Booking Requirements:

All event bookings require a $50 non-refundable booking fee to secure your date and time.
This fee is applied to preparation, travel coordination, and the time reserved exclusively for your event.

Event Timing & Minimum Hours:

• Small Events (4–6 guests): minimum 2 hours

• Large Events (7+ guests): minimum 3 hours

Additional time can be added at the hourly rate, depending on availability.

Guest Count & Time Limitations:

I will always do my best to see every guest. However, depending on the number of guests and the time booked, it may not be possible to see everyone.

Small Groups - 30 minute Readings only

Large Groups - Readings may be shorter (1-card, 3-card, or 5-card pulls) based on group size and available time.

Setup & Space Requirements:

• Please let me know if I need to bring a table, chairs, or any setup items.

• A quiet or semi-quiet space is ideal so guests can receive the best experience.

Environment & Respect:

I aim to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
I reserve the right to end my participation in any event where I feel unsafe, disrespected, or uncomfortable.
No refunds will be issued in situations involving harassment or hostile behavior.

Payment:

The $50 non-refundable booking fee is due at the time of contract signing to secure your event date.
The remaining balance (your hourly rate × booked hours) is due on the day of the event, before I begin working with your guests.
